Tianshui, Gansu: Power Tower Slope Protection Collapse Causes 4 Buried Pressure Casualties Unknown

The reporter learned from the emergency management department of Maiji District, Tianshui City, Gansu Province that at about 7:50 a.m. on October 25, a cement slope protection of a power tower under construction in Boyang Town, Maiji District collapsed, causing 4 people to be buried. After the incident, the local organization emergency, fire and township cadres arrived to the scene for rescue. As of press time, all four buried personnel have been found and sent to the hospital. The local area has not yet reported casualties and the cause of the collapse.
