If the bidder has any objection to the above results, it may submit it to the tenderee within 3 days from the date of publicity.
According to the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law and relevant regulations, if the bidder and the parties directly involved in and have a direct interest in the bidding activities have objections, they have the right to make objections in accordance with the law, and the following matters should be paid attention to when making objections:
1. Objection must be submitted in written form by fax before the end of the publicity of the bid winning result.
2. An objection shall be submitted and shall include the following:
(1) The name, address, contact person and effective contact information of the objector;
(2) the name of the person challenged;
(3) the basic facts of the objection;
(4) Effective clues and relevant supporting materials.
3. If the dissident is a legal person, the dissident must be signed and stamped by its legal representative or authorized representative, and a power of attorney must be submitted; if the dissident is an individual, the dissident must be signed by the dissident himself, accompanied by a valid identity certificate, and submitted by himself.
4. The following objections will not be received:
(1) Proposed after the publicity of the bid winning results;
(2) The dissenter cannot prove that he is the bidder of the tendering and bidding activity and the party who is directly involved in and has a direct interest in the tendering and bidding activity;
(3) The objection is not specific, and does not provide effective clues, which is difficult to verify;
(4) The objection has been answered and the objecting party has not provided new evidence.
5. The objector shall not exclude competitors in the name of objection, make false and malicious objection, and hinder the normal conduct of bidding activities.
